We have the specialist testers along with the knowledge to be able to identify faults quickly and resume your equipment back into service quickly day or night. We do charge a call out fee which is to accommodate lost time on another planned job we are undertaking. Also the call out fee also reflects time spent checking the van stock and keeping a selection off stock on the van for such instance where we are called out at night and suppliers are not open to get the materials needed to resolve the problem there and then.
Whistle we carry a good selection off materials on the van we can not carry everything so there can be cases where we come and preform a temporary fix until we can get the correct component for your specific installation, this is just because of the vast amount of brands that are available.
